WEDDING AT BARNETT HILL HOTEL IN GUILDFORD
Melanie and Terry got married at Barnett Hill Hotel, which is a venue just 3 miles from Guildford town center. Barnett Hill boasts stunning grounds which include some little private gardens. It was a really fun day and the weather was very kind to us.
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony was held in the oak room where they had a couple of lovely readings. It was very emotional and Terry shed a tear or two just like I promised Melanie he would. Thankfully neither I or Melanie can remember how much she bet me that Terry wouldn’t cry 🙂
They decorated the area with large candles and petals which looked really pretty.
Melanie and Terry’s Neice and Nephew spread petals down the aisle before Melanie walked in with her father to see her soon to be husband waiting for her.
The wedding breakfast and reception were held in the elegant Garden Suite at Barnett Hill Hotel – I love this venue because it’s so pretty, all the rooms are beautiful and the hall way and stair case are special. Weddings at Barnett Hill Hotel are amazing, because the grounds are so beautiful, the food is excellent and the service is perfect.

Barnett Hill Hotel is really peaceful and secluded, and is a wonderful place to get married in Guildford. The venue offers amazing food and rooms for your guests. There are also so many beautiful spots that are perfect for photos.
AFTER THE CEREMONY
The couple had drinks and canapes in the afternoon, and a DJ in the evening. For dinner they had a set menu that Melanie and Terry chose as part of their wedding package. The first dance was a romantic slow one before the guests piled on the dance floor to boogie the night away. They finished off the evening with more fun and laughter and busting a groove till the late hours.
MELANIE & TERRY
Melanie wore a stunning sleeveless and backless white fish tail dress with gorgeous details and a long veil. Terry wore a blue tailored 3 piece suit with a tartan waist coat and they both looked amazing.
