frequently asked questions about wedding photography, events photographer and family photo shoots in Horsham
So, after visiting my website and browsing through some of my portfolio you will decide whether to contact me, and I hope you do! Once you have submitted a form with your information I will be in touch to arrange a phone call to find out more about you and your event.
I am based in Southwater, Horsham. My wedding photography covers the whole of the UK.
locations for all other photography include;
Arundel, Brighton, Chichester, Crawley, Croydon, Epsom, Farnborough, Guildford, Haslemere, Haywards Heath, Horley, Horsham, Kingston upon Thames, Lewes, Midhurst, Petworth, Sevenoaks, Storrington, Surrey hills, Tonbridge, West Sussex, Woking and Worthing
Family shoots I limit to approximately an hour’s radius of Horsham whilst events I will travel into London.
*For weddings if there is a distance of more than 4 hours I will arrange to stay the night before, there may be a small charge.

Absolutely, I like to meet you first so we can plan your perfect photography session and you can ask any questions or tell me about any special requests that you may have. We will arrange a convenient time and venue during our initial phone call.
I have access to a huge range of photo books, picture frames and other high quality wall art. I also offer professional slide shows of the highlights of your shoot. These are made with music of which I have the rights too. This means I can sell it and you can share it. I love these as they really enhance your emotions whilst looking at your beautiful images. There will also be your very own online password protected gallery. Here you can view your images and also share the link with all your friends and family to enjoy your images too. If you are wanting to buy a digital image that is not included then there will be a charge of £80 and for this you will receive your image in original size and a size perfect for sharing on social media.
Yes I do, Basic editing is added to every photograph I take for you. If you are wanting scars removed or a head swap this can be done for a small fee.
I am really pleased you asked this question because I am very proud of my system. I have two professional camera bodies and several professional lenses, both cameras have dual card slots so for every image I take I instantly have a backup for you. When I get home, I copy your images to my hard drive and then I back that all up on my master hard drive. At this point I have four copies of every image so the chances of all failing are very slim.
Yes absolutely! I am insured for public liability up to £1,000,000 and professional indemnity up to £100,000.

Yes I do, I have three amazing packages that include albums and a highlights slide show played to music. I also have three packages that I call essentials, these include a certain amount of coverage at different price points. I can offer bespoke packages to fit in with your needs and wants.
Hopefully you will still turn up and we will still have fun! I can still shoot in the rain and actually one of my favourite images was shot during a rainy wedding. I will come armed with dome and rainbow umbrellas, we can find some sheltered be creative inside too. It’s really nice to have a good mixture of shots and with my lighting we can create some really cool stuff. so grab your wellies and I’ll see you outside in two minutes.
That’s a great question and luckily the answer is relatively simple, I have an arrangement with a few other photographers and where possible we will step in and help each other out. If they are more expensive than me I will pay the difference. I have never had to use this arrangement yet but it’s nice to know it’s there.
During busy times it can take up to 8 weeks, but most people receive them way before then.
Yes of course, you will have an online password protected gallery where you, friends and family can view, download and purchase prints and canvases.

I offer photography for all occasions, weddings, family shoots, commercial and events from maternity shoots through to the all-important 18th birthday party – and beyond!
Yes, the great outdoors is my studio, your venue is my studio. All my lights are powered by batteries so, as the saying goes “have batteries will travel” or something like that… – If you are wanting backdrops I do however have a mobile studio that I can set up in various places – I once set one up in a coffee shop for a maternity shoot!
When we have our initial meeting, we can discuss clothes, props and locations. If you have ideas on what you want your shoot to be or if you would like some guidance, I’m here for you.
I don’t have time constraints for my sessions so there is no need to worry, I am yours for as long as you need me.
I have met very few people who love having their photograph taken. I promise you will have fun and actually enjoy the experience.
If it’s bad weather on the day of your shoot we can rearrange at no extra cost.
No, but if this is something you are wanting, then I do work with some of the best MUAs and hairstylist in the wedding industry so I can arrange this for you separately.

Pretty much all events are catered for including engagements, anniversaries, graduations, proms, corporate & personal parties and gatherings.
