Porlock Wedding – Abi and Liam

If you’re planning a wedding in Porlock near Minehead, you’re in for a treat! Abi and Liam’s special day was filled with stunning scenery, heartfelt moments, and fun-filled celebrations that perfectly matched their personalities.

The Ceremony

Set in a field overlooking the sea, their ceremony was nothing short of magical. Friends and family shared emotional readings that added a personal touch, making the event both moving and joyous. The setting was beautifully decorated with wildflowers, creating a rustic and romantic vibe, and guests were seated on hay bales, which fit the countryside charm perfectly. Afterward, the celebration continued in a marquee just steps from the ceremony site.

The Afternoon

The reception was a blend of relaxed and lively moments. Guests enjoyed drinks and fresh oysters, while lawn games, football, and bubbles kept the festive atmosphere going. A highlight of the day was when Liam, an avid fisherman, took us out for some unique photo opportunities. It was a first for me, and I loved capturing those one-of-a-kind moments!

For dinner, the couple opted for a buffet, ensuring everyone could enjoy a variety of food. The evening kicked off with a live band for their first dance, setting the tone for a night of music and celebration. They ended their perfect day with a peaceful walk back through the picturesque village.

Abi looked absolutely stunning in a wedding dress featuring a large bow, a sparkly belt, and—my favorite detail—pockets! Liam’s blue tartan three-piece suit complemented Abi’s look perfectly. Together, they radiated happiness and style.
